That was an AMAZING practice (one of the hardest of my life). It was literally like, I was so sore from these past two days and this practice pushed me. I am so much more confident in my throwing, catching and running. I love my couch for pushing me to that limit.
At one point, my body ached to the point where I just tuned the pain out and let my body take over. It felt so good.
That is what ultimate does.
That is what ultimate is about.
I can’t imagine life without ultimate.
urgh but I look and smell like a hobo.
never been so hype for a ice bath.
scared to wake up tomorrow.
