I know he was your favorite Superhero, but I want you to know that you’ll always be a Superhero in my eyes Jon Goldman.

I just don’t. 

Why?

He was such a kind spirit, a good spirit. I saw him last Thursday. He was tangible, still living. 

And now he is gone. He is dead.

I love you like a father, you worried and cared about me and countless other students, Mr.Goldman. And you will be dearly missed. I could only imagine what a great father you were to Jake and all my love and prayers go out to him and your family. I am sorry I didn’t really know what was going on. I am so sorry I assumed. I am so sorry I wasn’t there until the end. 

Your life, love, and spirit will live on in all those who were touched. You changed many in Beacon and like Forrest Gump, you have seen countless things that you were able to see and share with us.

I am so grateful I was able to meet you and be able to get to know you on a more personal level. 

I am so grateful for your kindness and gentle heart and open mind.

You will never be forgotten Jon Goldman. You will always be in my thoughts and in my prayers.
